Ramadan Day 12: Dua — The Weapon of the Believer
Day 12: Your Dua Is Answered! 🤲
“The fasting person has a dua that is not rejected” (Ibn Majah) — at Iftar!
The problem: Making weak, distracted duas — or not making dua at all!
The solution: Learn the ART of dua — and use Ramadan’s guaranteed times!
Best Times for Dua (Ramadan)
| Time | Why |
|---|---|
| At Iftar | “Not rejected” (Ibn Majah)! |
| Last third of night | Allah descends, asks “Who is calling?” |
| Suhoor time | Pre-dawn (answered!) |
| In Sujood | “Closest to Lord” (Muslim)! |
| After prayers | Blessed time |
| Laylatul Qadr | Better than 1000 months! |
Use them ALL!
The Etiquette of Dua
- Praise Allah (start with Alhamdulillah!)
- Salawat (on the Prophet ﷺ!)
- Ask (with humility, crying if possible!)
- Be specific (don’t be vague!)
- Be persistent (don’t give up!)
- End with Salawat + Ameen!
Example:
“Alhamdulillah… Allahumma salli ala Muhammad… O Allah, grant me [specific]… Ameen.”
What to Ask For (Dua List)
Write your list!

Why Duas Are Delayed (Wisdom!)
Allah answers in 3 ways:
1. Yes (immediate!)
