Ramadan Day 15: The Quran’s Guidance — Reflect Deeply
Day 15: From Reciting to Reflecting 🤔
“Do they not reflect upon the Quran?” (4:82)
The problem: Reciting without understanding — lips move, heart doesn’t.
The solution: Tadabbur (deep reflection) — even 10 minutes transforms!
What Is Tadabbur?
Not: Just reading words.
But: Pondering meanings, applying to YOUR life!
The Prophet ﷺ would weep at verses, stop and reflect, ask questions.
Your practice: After reciting, pick ONE verse and ask:
1. What is Allah telling me?
2. Why was this revealed?
3. How does it apply to MY life?
4. What should I change?
The 10-Minute Tadabbur Method
Pick 1 verse (from today’s reading).
Minute 1-3: Read translation 3×
Minute 4-6: Read Tafsir (brief commentary)
Minute 7-9: Reflect (journal your thoughts!)
Minute 10: Make dua (based on the verse!)
Example:
– Verse: “And He found you lost and guided you” (93:7)
– Reflect: I was lost before Islam. Allah guided ME.
– Dua: “O Allah, keep me guided, guide others through me.”
Verses for Deep Reflection (Ramadan)
| Verse | Theme |
|---|---|

| 39:53 | “Don’t despair of mercy” — hope! |
| 94:6 | “With hardship comes ease” — relief! |
Pick one daily. Reflect. Transform.
